Return & Exchange Policy

 

Thank you so much for supporting my small art business. Each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

Please review the return policy below before purchasing.


 

 

Original Artwork

 

All original paintings are final sale.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your original painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can resolve the issue quickly.


 

 

Fine Art Prints (Archival Giclée Prints)

 

Because each fine art print is professionally printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please email within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly replace damaged items.


 

 

Framed Prints & Framed Canvas Reproductions

 

All framed pieces are custom assembled and carefully inspected before shipping.

Due to the custom nature of framing, these items are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.


 

 

Gifts, Stationery, Stickers & Apparel

 

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

We will work quickly to replace the item or file a claim with the carrier.


 

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


 

 

Color Variations

 

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing variations. We strive to photograph artwork as accurately as possible.
